It's kind of a big deal.

Our home was built in 1967. As homes go, that's pretty new. When we bought it in 1996 we gave it a major update. As we started to have more and more plumbing issues, we discovered that the drainage pipes in our slab were narrowing (at best) and disintegrating (at worst). It was time to replace them. When I called my favorite contractor he told me "It's kind of a big deal." He wasn't kidding. Tearing up the floors throughout the house, digging 18 inch trenches everywhere, pulling out cabinets. As is typical of home renovations, the dominoes began to fall BIG TIME. "Major update" 2.0 is upon us and now includes a new kitchen and master bathroom, new floors throughout the house and aging-friendly design touches. We've gotta make sure we can get into the bathroom with our walkers some day!

And in moment of complete lack of sanity, I decided to start all of this in the fall - the absolute busiest time of year for Lisa Phelan Photography. I just love getting to connect with all of my past families and meet new ones. So, while I am having a blast with your families making authentic photos to document this year in your lives, I will also be living in multiple locations and perfecting my Instant Pot skills in my garage.

I need to find a way to spread out my fall shoots and keep them from bunching up so much in October and November. So, it is time for the ultimate "help me help you help me" deal. If you book your family session before September 30th, you will get one extra digital image and 25% off all prints with free shipping. Get those prints ready to give out as gifts to your family and update the frames around your house with current photos. As always, you will receive 20% off any order through Minted.com - including holiday cards. Imagine having your holiday cards in your hands and ready to send before November 1st!

So, reach out now! Let's get a session on the books by September 30th.

Warmest,

Lisa

NOTE: this discount does not apply to sessions already on my books.
