A special senior session

What a joy to work with this sweet client on the campus where she has spent years learning, growing and building friendships.

The Mayfield Senior School is a gem of a campus hidden in a residential area of Pasadena. Approaching the school feels like driving up to a stunning estate built in the early 1900s. A long, winding driveway, sprawling lawns, mature trees and rose bushes throughout indicate anything but a school. Local squirrels abound, even entering (and leaving) the buildings on occasion.

In this short senior portrait session, we found many spots to create unique looks that celebrate both the beauty of the campus and my client. It was a special place to document a formative time. Thank you, Mayfield for letting me in to your private oasis.
